Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor and model. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career at age 16 when she gave up her gymnastics. At the age of 17 she was awarded her professional certificate just one year later. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor as well as a model as well as a sponsored athlete. She began competing in fitness contests when she was 16 after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. Within a year she earned her Pro Card aged 17. This made her an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was off the stage for 6 years in order to finish her college. In 2015 she re-entered the stage, and took part in high-level contests like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her win in her first contest in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years, setting goals for herself. For 2009 alone, 4 brand new fitness titles were added to her list. She also became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) by winning the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. After earning her Pro Card Ariel took a six-year break from competitive sports to get her college degree. Her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut was at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. In the show, she finished with a third-place finish. The summer of 2016, she won the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to be a part of the Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage three month later and came home with 6th place, in the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectations prior to the event and was happy with her performance. Ariel was competing against the best. Ariel has seen her body improve every year. Ariel enjoys working her back. The workouts she does for strengthening her back are bent-over rows on the machine with single arm lat pull-downs. Ariel will warm-up before she moves onto the sets. Ariel is also extremely efficient when it comes to time management. Converting all the exercises back into a set of three or four 10-12 rep supersets is what she does.
